DashboardRegistered students have full access to a plethora of site features and resources via the Editorial Courses virtual classroom. From the dashboard, you'll be linked to the online learning system, the discussion board, a dedicated chat room, job listings, a library of editorial content, and more.
Simple, Dynamic eLearning InterfaceWhen each lesson is launched, your content will be displayed in our easy-to-use, intuitive eLearning interface. Within the eLearning interface you will navigate through each lesson, access all associated documents, and take each lesson's quiz. You may also keep track of your progress as you work through the course, including quiz scores and amount of time spent on each lesson. [Learn more about the eLearning interface]
Instructor and Peer Reviewed ExercisesEach lesson includes one or more editorial activities you'll complete using the course manuals and other found material (e.g., newspapers, books on your shelf). You'll share your work with your instructor and classmates and receive feedback designed to fine tune your new skills.
Interactive Discussion BoardTo guide you through the processing and reflection of the vast amount of information you'll learn in your course, we've designed discussion questions to complement each lesson. Our discussion board is where you'll answer these questions, read your peers' responses, and converse about your experiences as an Editorial Courses student. The discussion board also includes a community forum where students and alumni chitchat about books, jobs, and everyday life. |
All aspects of our virtual classroom are Web-based and accessible from any Internet-connected computer.
